Our medical-grade acne facial treatment is custom-designed to alleviate congestion and clogged pores, reducing inflammation and the risk of infection. The skin is prepared, and a unique combination of enzymes and steam is used to gently exfoliate and cleanse the skin.

The next step in the treatment involves extractions to remove excess oil sebum and dead skin cells. This is followed by a high-frequency treatment which reduces the risk of infection and promotes healing. We then apply a calming mask, leaving you with a refreshed and renewed complexion. The treatment is completed with an oil-control lotion and a water-based SPF 30 moisturizer.  Frequent treatments during an active acne flair-up will reduce the risk of scarring in the long term.

LED light therapy is a clinically proven, non-invasive skin treatment that uses varying wavelengths of light to trigger the skin’s natural healing processes. Light-emitting diodes (LED) emit red, blue, and yellow light. The different wavelengths of light affect the skin in different ways.

Red light

Red light is made by longer, slower waves that measure between 630 – 700 nm and are on the lower end of the electromagnetic spectrum. They have the most penetrating effect on the skin. Red lightwaves effectively promote collagen production and accelerate dermal cellular reproduction, which promotes healing.

Yellow Light

Yellow light waves measure around 590 nm and are in the middle of the electromagnetic spectrum. Therapeutic exposure to yellow light improves skin oxygenation, improves skin erythema, and reduces redness and inflammation.

Blue Light

Blue light waves are shorter, faster waves on the higher end of the electromagnetic spectrum, measuring between 400 and 500 nm. These high-frequency waves have antibacterial properties which reduce acne-induced infection and inhibit the excess oil, which is the root cause of your acne.
